Thought provoking and adding new dimensions to our perspective was the crux. Hearing our children at the panel discussion both present and alumni on the bridging the gap between teaching and learning and whether the Cambridge pathway prepares you for Universities India and abroad was an intriguing one. It added meaning to us as teachers.
The guest speakers of the day Mr. Raju Venkatraman – Chairman and Managing Director Medall Health services; and Mr. Sarvesh Sashi – Founder CEO – Sarva – Yoga, mindfulness and beyond gave us a glimpse of what it takes to be an entrepreneur and what we need to have in mind to create that mindset into the children.
The Breakaway Sessions in the noon by the various subjects experts had them delving into the nuances of the teaching methodologies and assessment patterns!
The presence and inspirational words from Dr. Arthi Ganesh – Pro-chancellor, VELS University & Managing Trustee – VELS Group of Schools, the Updates and insights given my Mr. Dilip – Manager South India – Cambridge International, and the very vibrant session on Active Learning by Ms. R. Meenakshi – Director, R & D and Curriculum were some of the noteworthy moments of the day! ✨
Friendly matches in football ⚽️ and basketball added zest to the day
A very fulfilling day indeed!!
